We provide social media management services including but not limited to:
- Content creation
- Post scheduling
- Engagement management
- Performance reporting
Details of each service package are outlined at the time of purchase. Services are billed according to the selected subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
- User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information;
- Grant necessary access to relevant social media accounts;
- Cooperate with our team to facilitate efficient service delivery.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or limit service effectiveness.
- Payments
- All payments must be made in advance based on your selected subscription plan.
- We accept all major payment methods through secure payment gateways.
- Late or failed payments may result in immediate suspension of services.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Refunds are issued only if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase and if no substantial work has been delivered.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations made after the 7-day window or during the middle of a billing cycle.
- Intellectual Property
- All custom content created for your brand remains your intellectual property upon delivery.
- Boost Socials may showcase anonymized versions of past work for marketing or portfolio purposes unless explicitly declined by you in writing.
- Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:
- Platform algorithm changes
- Policy shifts by third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
- Service interruptions due to client-side access restrictions or delays
We aim to deliver consistent performance, but we do not guarantee specific growth outcomes (such as follower counts or engagement rates).
- Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services if:
- You breach these Terms;
- The working relationship becomes unfeasible or compromised.
In such cases, we will provide all completed deliverables and a final performance summary as applicable.
- Modifications to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
