Refund Policy

At Boost Socials, a brand of MBS Medias Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality, customized social media management and consulting services. Due to the nature of our work, all purchases are considered final. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments are handled.

  1. No Refunds on Service Plans

All payments made for monthly, quarterly, or annual service plans are non-refundable. This applies to all tiers of service, including but not limited to:

  • Content creation
  • Account management
  • Strategy development
  • Analytics reporting
  • Social media consulting

Once payment is processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstance.

  1. Custom Work and Time-Based Services

Our services are highly personalized and begin promptly upon onboarding. Due to the strategic, creative, and time-based nature of the work:

  • Delivered or scheduled services cannot be undone
  • Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced, regardless of usage
  1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing cycle. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to services until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining time within an active term

Cancellation only prevents future billing and does not retroactively apply to previous charges.

If you experience any issues or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us at support@boostsocials.net. While we are happy to address and resolve concerns wherever possible, refunds will not be issued, in full or in part.
